Graham Potter lost the support of many West Ham fans after the pathetic defeat on the opening day before Sunderland.
Potter's team was defeated by rookie Sunderland in an unbelievable way. The goals in the second half of Eliezer Mayenda, Daniel Ballard and Wilson Isidor made the yard burst into happiness and brought the team underestingly to the top of the table.
But for West Ham, it was a disappointing reminder that they were still very far from the desired position under Potter. That disappointment spread on social networks when many West Ham fans poured anger on the former Chelsea coach.

Speaking after the match, Potter said: “I am satisfied with our performance in the first half. I think we did many good things. We were not lucky to not score. We made the crowd silent and control most of the match. However, the second half was not good enough. We need to be better, we need to improve, we need to understand what happened.”
