Noni Madueke has been conscious of Arsenal. Although the negotiation process takes place quite smoothly, the reaction from the fans is not very positive. Arsenal's recruitment of this 23 -year -old player has encountered significant opposition from a fans.
This feeling seems to stem from the situation, not for the individual player. Arsenal fans were tired of the series of players from Chelsea. Madueke has been the 10th player from Chelsea to Arsenal since 2000. Many of them, such as Petr Cech, David Luiz, Willian and most recently Raheem Sterling, are disappointed. The general feeling is that when Chelsea wants to sell players no longer needed, Arsenal is too easy to agree.
That feeling was deepened when the news about the agreement with Madueke appeared before Arsenal recruited a striker – the position that fans were looking forward to. A petition against this deal on Change.org has collected more than 5,000 signatures.
However, everything was over: Arsenal will pay 48.5 million pounds, and can increase to 52 million pounds if the additional extra costs for Chelsea. Madueke signed a 5 -year contract, up to 2030. These figures show that both sides are serious in the new adventure.
