Dioo Dalot defender supports Ruben Amorim's handling for the players who want to leave by United.
Immediately after the MU Congregation prepared for the new season, coach Amorim made a very tough move in tightening the discipline of the team to perform a great surgery after the 2024/25 campaign extremely bad. The Portuguese strategist refused to allow members of the “Bomb Squad” group including Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia to practice with the team in the context that they wanted to leave the club.

Meanwhile, Sancho has not played in any official match of MU since August 2023 and has no number of shirts in the squad.
Man United's head coach emphasized that he is only interested in training players who want to stick with the club and defender Dalot feels Amorim's approach has benefited the US team.
“I think he is really good at the role of a coach, always trying to maximize your ability,” Dalot said. “He is always very clear that you want to be a part of the team, otherwise you will not be here. If you want to stay at United, you need to meet some standards. If you can't achieve it, it's not a place for you.
“We are really satisfied with what is going on, but we will not focus too much on the results in the first friendly matches. We just need to be motivated that when you do it right, you will achieve results. I think we are creating a team of fighting for each other. I think that is what we are trying to create.
Obviously there is still a long way ahead. I will not say it is perfect because it is very difficult, but it is where we want to look forward to perfection. I think you can immediately see some signs that the team is fighting more, more drastic and that is what we are trying to do, “the Portuguese star added.
