MU is bringing special attention to the majority of fans, when suddenly welcoming two good news at the same time.
MU entered the 2025/26 season with a clear goal: closing one of the most disappointing seasons in recent history. After finishing at the 15th place in the domestic league and losing to Tottenham in the UEFA Europa League final, the “Red Devils” began a comprehensive reconstruction, under the guidance of the Portuguese coach, Ruben Amorim. The Ruben Amorim teacher recently had a top striker Benjamin Sesko, after two quality additions called Matheus Cuha, Bryan Mbeumo.
The MU Club also hopes that the players existing in the team will play better and two of them have started to practice again. More specifically, Amorim received a double push when both Andrre Onana and Joshua Zirkzee returned to practice. So far, both have not participated in the before the Manchester United season and the Red Devils will play the last season match against Fiorentina on August 9.
Onana was injured in July and was trying to recover to attend Man United's first match against Arsenal. Zirkzee was injured at the end of the season, but still in time to play in the Europa League final 2024/25. The striker had another injury in the period before the season, but the club believed he would recover to start the 2025/26 season. Amorim hopes that both players have a better season, especially onana, who had previously been rumored to leave Man United.
