There is no name “out of the plan” which appears in the list of 32 players that MU brought to My Du to fight in the summer, and it was another right step of the club.
On his only tour with MU in 2019, coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer once confessed he liked to talk to the media when there was no camera than the official press conferences. In the first meeting in Perth, Solsa awkwardly suggested that there was a “media conspiracy” against Paul Pogba, who had public a few days ago expressed his desire to go looking for a new challenge.
MU then protected and pampered Pogba from time to time. Ed Woodward always emphasized that Pogba was loved by his teammates, and affirmed that he had no problem with the representative of Mino Raiola. But the price to pay is too expensive.
Before the decisive match against RB Leipzig in the Champions League 2020, Raiola announced everything had “ended” with Pogba. MU lost and eliminated. The Red Devils never seriously thought of selling Pogba, so that the midfielder left the second freedom in 2022 – exactly 10 years after the first time.
Spoiling a player who wants to leave the club on a summer trip is a way to ruin the authority of the coach. Solskjaer was trapped with Pogba and Lukaku that year. A year later, Sancho was still “abandoned” in MU, not going to the summer tour. When his name was mentioned at Ruben Amorim's press conference in February, the Portuguese coach almost ignored. Perhaps, they have never met. Sancho's transfer value has also dropped sharply, only about 14.58 million pounds, according to the new sustainable financial regulations.
Other clubs are not naive that they pay tens of millions of pounds just because Sancho plays a few friendly matches in the United States. This MU playlist list only includes players who are capable of long -term attachment after Techmart closed on September 1. If Sancho, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Tyrell Malacia at the same time, everything will be more confused.
The current way also shows that MU is absolutely supporting Amorim. Garnacho – who was once considered “unable to sell” last season – was now posted on the transfer list because of continuous “collision” with the head coach.
Despite Garnacho with a world -class potential, it is a product of the Academy, a impulsive personality, lack of discipline and frequent disturbance that makes Amorim unacceptable anymore. The negligence of tactics, the regression attitude when replaced, then openly discontented because Mason Mount kicked the main Europa League final as a drop of water.
MU could not recur the story of Pogba – holding a player who no longer wanted to stay, and then overshadowed the authority of the coach and poisoned the atmosphere in the dressing room.
